摘　　要：阐述了压缩货车周转时间对经济效益的影响,在分析货流因素、设备因素和运输组织及管理水平因素对货车周转时间影响的基础上,从建设战略装车点、实施大宗货物直达列车运输、抓好调度第一班基础工作、货物列车客运化管理、实施机车交路拉通方案、优化丰沙大线运输组织、整合专用线等方面,提出压缩北京局货车周转时间的运输组织对策。Through expounding the influence of shortening wagon turnround time on economic benefits, and based on analyzing the influence of freight flow factor, equipments factor, transport organization and management level factor on wagon turnround time, this paper puts forward the transport organization countermeasures of shortening wagon turnround time by Beijing Railway Administration from aspects of building strategic loading station, implementing through train transportation of mass goods, making great efforts to the first scheduling works of traffic control, applying passenger transport management for freight trains, implementing the program of through locomotive route, optimizing transport organization of FengtaiShachent-Datong railway and integrating industrial sidings.
