摘　　要：介绍了山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司应用北京众联盛化工工程有限公司开发的"一种二氧化碳尿素装置节能增产新技术"对1#尿素装置的改造情况。在原高压系统和低压系统之间,通过增加中压分解吸收系统,改二段蒸发为三段蒸发,增加预蒸发真空浓缩系统,并对部分高压设备的内件进行了改造,达到CO2汽提尿素装置产能增加50%的目的,取得显著的增产、节能降耗效果。This paper introduces the retrofit of No.1 urea plant of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. by employing CO2 urea plant production-increment and energy-saving technology developed by Beijing Zhongliansheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Adding a MP decomposition absorption system between HP synthesis system and LP recycle system with a view to changing 2nd stage evaporation into 3rd stage evapora- tion, adding pre-evaporation vacuum concentration system and modifying the internals of some HP equipment, the capacity of urea plant increased by 50% , which achieves remarkable production-increment and energy- saving effects.
