摘　　要：本文以野鸭湖湿地作为主要研究对象,根据湿地空间数据和属性数据的相关特征设计湿地信息数据库,利用模糊综合评价模型对湿地的生态环境、水质环境等方面建立了评价体系,并使用Visual Basic.NET和ArcGIS Engine的开发方法,结合ADO数据访问技术,利用COM组件技术开发了湿地评价管理系统,对湿地资源进行系统的管理、分析、评价,为湿地保护和合理利用提供科学的方法和有效的决策依据。Taking Widgeon Lake as the major subject, our research designed the wetland information database based on features of wetland attribute data and spatial data, built a evaluation system of ecological and water quality environment with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. And then by using Visual Basic.NET and ArcGIS Engine, combining with ADO and COM component techniques, a wetland information system was ultimately developed to systematically manage, analyze and evaluate the wetland resources. So that scientific methods and effective decision- makings might be supplied for wetland protection and utilities.
