摘  要:以海藻酸钠为包埋材料,将小球藻(Chlorella sp.)和光合细菌(Rhodopseudomonas poultries AS1.2352)固定化,研究其在气升式生物反应器中对污水深度净化的能力。研究了藻、菌共固定与单独固定化、共固定化方式对NH+4-N、PO3-4-P和COD去除效率的影响。菌、藻共固定化对NH+4-N的去除率明显高于单独固定化方式,4 h去除率达到80%。藻、菌共固定化两种方式对脱氮无显著差异。结果表明,利用气升式生物反应器,共固定化光合细菌-藻类可实现对污水的深度净化。Chlorella sp. and Rhodopseudomonas poultries were immobilized in alginate beads for wastewater treatment in air -lift bioreactor. The purification capacity of algae and bacterium were investigated. Ammonia-nitrogen, orthophosphate and COD removal efficiency could be af-fected by immobilization method co-immobilized or algae and bacterium immobilized separate-ly. Co - immobilization could improve ammonia - nitrogen removal efficiency, and which reached 80% in 4h. It was higher than immobilization algae and bacterium separately. Two co-immobilization types of algae with bacterium did not affected the removal efficiency of nitro-gen . The results showed that co-immobilized algae and bacterium could purify wastewater in air-lift bioreactor.
