摘　　要：针对院校合并或校区扩建产生"一校多馆"等问题,通过VPN技术,构建出高校数字图书馆VPN网络,利用IPSec VPN实现主馆与各个分馆的网络互联及数字资源的安全通信。该方案运行稳定、节省成本,将在高校数字图书馆建设中发挥重大作用,对推广社区图书馆,具有很好的应用前景及价值。Because of the merger or expansion of universities, problems like ＂ one university with several libraries＂ arises. In response to this, the paper elaborates on how to solve this problem by constructing the VPN network of university digital library, which secures communication network and digital resources with each branch of the main library through IPSec VPN. With the stable operation and low cost, the scheme will play an important role in promoting the community library. Therefore, it has a good prospect and value in application.
