摘　　要：农村社区警务建设事关乡村全面建成小康社会梦想的实现,事关社会主义和谐社会在农村的构建。通过对南昌市农村社区警务工作的总结,可以发现农村社区警务建设中还存在着农村社区警力不足、警民关系不够和谐、农村社区警务保障不到位和农村社区警务考评机制不健全等问题。因此,必须从完善相关法律法规、加强教育培训力度、拓宽经费来源渠道和健全考核评价机制四个方面入手,扎实推进农村社区警务建设。Rural community policing construction concerns the realization of socialist well--being society in rural area. Through the summary of rural community policing in Nanchang, it found out problems of insufficient police number, the tense relationship between the police and the masses, the security of rural community policing, imperfect evaluation mech- anism. Therefore, we must improve rules and regulations, strengthen the education and training, improve the evaluation mechanism and broaden the sources of funding, thus promoting the rural community policing construction.
