急性脑梗死与血清C反应蛋白、尿酸水平关系的分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清C反应蛋白（CRP）及尿酸与急性脑梗死的关系。方法将100例入院时NIHSS评分＞4分的急性脑梗死患者分为中度（4∽15分）及重度（＞15分）组，以119例同期健康体检者作为对照组，检测血清CRP及尿酸水平。结果脑梗死组患者血清CRP、尿酸水平均较对照组升高（P ＜0．01），重度组脑梗死患者CRP水平较中度组明显升高（P ＜0．05），但重度组女性患者尿酸水平较中度组明显降低（P ＜0．01），中、重度组男性患者尿酸水平相比无统计学差异（P ＞0．05）。结论血清CRP及尿酸水平变化可能与脑梗死的发生存在相关性，且CRP水平与疾病严重程度相关，在女性患者中尿酸水平的升高可能对脑梗死患者具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the significance of serum C-reactive protein and uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction （NIHSS〉4） and 119 healthy persons were included in this study .The serum level of C-reactive protein and uric acid were deter-mined .Results The serum level of C-reactive protein and uric acid were higher than healthy control group prospectively （P 〈0.01） ,and the level of C-reactive protein was higher in patients with higher scores （P〈0.05） I.n female patients the level of uric acid was lower in patients with higher scores （P 〈0.01） ,while there was no difference in male patients （P 〉0.05） .Conclusion Serum level of C-reactive protein and uric acid maybe risk factors of acute cerebral infarction ,and the level of C-reactive protein may evaluate the se-verity of acute cerebral infarction .In female patients with acute cerebral infarction ,the higher level of uric acid maybe as a protective factor .
