妊娠期糖尿病患者孕晚期血糖、血脂水平与新生儿体质量的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者孕晚期血糖、血脂水平与新生儿体质量的关系。方法选择2012年5月-2013年6月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院检查并分娩且资料完整的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇150例(汉族107例,维吾尔族43例)(GDM组),并以同期120例正常孕妇(汉族97例,维吾尔族23例)作为正常组,采用酶法测定GDM组和正常组孕妇孕晚期血糖、血脂水平,同时测定两组孕妇分娩的新生儿体质量,分析两组孕妇孕晚期血糖、血脂水平差异及其与新生儿体质量的相关性。结果 GDM组孕妇的胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均高于正常组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而空腹血糖及甘油三酯(TG)水平显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。维吾尔族孕妇血糖比汉族孕妇偏高,差异有统计学意义,甘油三酯偏高,但差异无统计学意义。妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕晚期血糖、甘油三酯水平与新生儿体质量存在显著的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕晚期血清血糖、甘油三酯水平的增加与新生儿体质量有着密切的相关性。Objective：To investigate the relationship between level of blood glucose and lipid in third trimes-ter and birth weight in gestational diabetes .Methods We retrospectively analized 150 （107 Han ,43 Uygur ） cases qualified to fullfil the study requirement and 120 normal pregnacies for comparasion （97 Han ,23 Uygur ） in same peroid hospitilized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2012 to June 2013 .Bood glucose and lipid levels were measured by enzymic method and body weight of neonates were taken in both gestational diabetic group and normal pregnant group .Results Compared with normal pregregnacy group ,the total cholesterol levels ,LDL and HDL levels were higher in gestational diabetes group ,but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05） ,however tri-glyceride levels were also higher than the normal group and statistically significant （P 〈0.01） .Blood glu-cose and lipid levels were higher in Uygur pregnant women than Han counterparts .Person′s analysis show s that blood glucose and triglyceride levels in third trimester of gestational diabetes are positively cor-related to neonatal body weight and the results are statistically significant （P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion The nbsp;level of maternal blood glucose and triglyceride in the third trimester of gestational diabetes is closely cor-related to the the body weight of newborns .
