摘  要:针对以往地下水研究中仅追求最大开采量的单纯因素,综合考虑最大开采量与可开采能力的互馈效应,对洛阳市水资源开发利用现状分析进行计算区划分,将均衡区划分为6个计算小区。利用开采条件下地下水位稳定均衡方程进行地下水资源开发潜力计算,并依据地下水开采潜力指数和地下水可增开采资源模数作为判定标准且按照标准化计算程序求解。计算表明各区的开发潜力指数符合实际、结果合理。依据此开发潜力计算结果进行可增强开采区、控制开采区以及调减开采区的界定划分,从而指导地下水资源开发利用规划,为洛阳市地下水资源开发利用提供理论支持与技术支撑。In order to overcome the shortcoming of the past research on groundwater that the biggest production is considered as the only target, this paper comprehensively considers the interaction effects between the maximum exploitation and the exploitable capacity, analyzes the water resources development and utilization situation of Luoyang City, and divides the equilibrium zone into six calculation districts. The groundwater level stable equilibrium equation under exploitation conditions is used to calculate the exploitation potential And the groundwater exploitation potential index and the exploitable groundwater resources modulus are taken as evaluation criteria to solve according to the standard calculation process. The calculation results show that the exploitation potential index of each district is actual and reasonable. The calculation results can also be used to define the division of enhancing exploitation areas, controlling exploitation areas and lowering exploitation areas to guide the development & utilization planning of groundwater resources, as well as provide theoretical support and technical support for the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in Luoyang city.
