摘　　要：分析了电力行业的运营状况,设计了基于地理信息系统的电力管理信息系统的功能和数据库结构,满足常规制图的输入、编辑、分析和输出等功能,并以关系——面向对象作为数据库结构,有利于三维模拟子系统的实现,可行性高,具有良好的应用前景。This paper is analyzed the operation of electric power industry , and designed the function and database structure for the electric power management information system based on GIS , which meets the requirements of input、editing、analysis、output and other basic functions , and taken the relationship to object-oriented model as database structure that is favorable for building 3 D simulation system , so the electric power management information system can be feasible and promising .
