摘　　要：从产业结构的角度分析建材专业高职生在建筑涂装产业就业难的原因,论证产学合作的校企协同人才培养模式提升高职生就业能力的有效性,尝试通过产学合作的校企协同来优化建筑涂装产业的内部产业结构以此提高建材专业高职生的就业。This paper is analyzed the reasons that the building material major students are difficult to be employed in the building＆amp;coating industry from the perspective of the industrial structure , and demonstrated how cooperative personnel training mode of school enterprise cooperation enhance the effectiveness of higher vocational students ’ employability , and tried to optimize the internal industrial structure of building ＆amp; coating industry through cooperation of industry and school enterprise cooperation in order to enhance the employment of higher vocational building material students .
