银杏叶提取物金纳多治疗外伤性眼外肌麻痹

摘　　要：目的 观察银杏叶提取物金纳多对外伤性眼外肌麻痹的治疗效果.方法 68例（74眼）外伤性眼外肌麻痹分为两组,观察组应用金纳多注射液治疗,对照组给予传统的营养神经药物治疗,观察症状、体征改善的情况,比较两组的疗效.结果 观察组治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组（x2=14.51,9.86,P＜0.05）.结论 应用金纳多注射液治疗外伤性眼外肌麻痹,提高了治愈率.Objective To observe the effects of Ginkgo Biloba extract Ginaton for the treatment of traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis. Methods 74 eyes of 68 cases with traumatic extraocular muscle pa- ralysis were divided into two groups, including the observation group with Ginaton injection and the control group with traditional nerve nutrition drugs. The clinical symptoms and physical improvement were observed. The efficacies of two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of observation group is much better than the control group （X2 = 14. 51,9.86, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginaton injection can improve the cure rate of traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis.
