镶片圆锯生产工艺及配套工装夹具改进

摘　　要：介绍了高速钢镶片圆锯片的特点及应用领域。针对传统加工工艺周期长、工装设备投入大,生产成本高,难以满足激增的市场需求等问题,重新设计了生产工艺流程。采用刀片线切割下料的加工方式,将刀片加工的多道工序集于一体,配合重新设计的工装夹具简化了镶片锯的加工工艺。确保了镶片锯的产品质量,缩短了生产周期,保证了市场供应,满足了客户需求。It is introduced the characteristics and application of high-speed steel segmental circular metal cutting saws. Its production process flow is resigned again to solve the problems in its classical process： long process cycle,large investment in tooling and fixture,high cost,being difficult to meet the demand from market. The processing way is adopted to blank blade with line-cutting machine to integrate its many process stages as one,plus newly designed simplified tooling and fixture,and so the process of saw is simplified. That guarantees the quality of segmental circular metal cutting saws,shortens the production cycle,and guarantees its offer for market,meet requirement of customers.
