摘  要:针对宣钢小型轧钢厂空压机设备布置分散、运行和备用台数多、部分管路管径小、压力损失大等问题进行了集中优化。通过联通总供风管路,单体控制各用风系统,平衡使用风量,以及减少管路长度,加大供风管路管径,降低沿程损失等途径,改善了供风条件,节约了电能消耗,优化了岗位人员配置。The air compressors in Small Section Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel are concentrated to optimize to solve such problems: layout being too scattering,too many machines being in use and spared,pipe diameter of part pipe line being small,and pressure loss large. The following measures are adopted: connecting the main air-feeding pipe lines,controlling independently various air-using systems,balancing the air amount to reduce pipe line length,the target is reached to improve air-feeding condition,save electric power consumption,optimize configuration of staff.
