摘　　要：针对宣钢小型轧钢厂空压机设备布置分散、运行和备用台数多、部分管路管径小、压力损失大等问题进行了集中优化。通过联通总供风管路,单体控制各用风系统,平衡使用风量,以及减少管路长度,加大供风管路管径,降低沿程损失等途径,改善了供风条件,节约了电能消耗,优化了岗位人员配置。The air compressors in Small Section Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel are concentrated to optimize to solve such problems： layout being too scattering,too many machines being in use and spared,pipe diameter of part pipe line being small,and pressure loss large. The following measures are adopted： connecting the main air-feeding pipe lines,controlling independently various air-using systems,balancing the air amount to reduce pipe line length,the target is reached to improve air-feeding condition,save electric power consumption,optimize configuration of staff.
