摘　　要：目的：探索乡镇卫生院资源配置公平性的变化趋势，为潍坊市乡镇卫生院资源的合理配置和区域卫生规划提供参考依据。方法采用泰尔指数对2010-2012年潍坊市乡镇卫生院的卫生资源配置公平性进行分析。结果卫生资源配置的总泰尔指数在0．00093～0．03066内，处于较低水平；床位的泰尔指数逐年上升，医师和护士的泰尔指数下降，财政补助的泰尔指数先下降后上升。结论乡镇卫生院的资源配置公平性总体较好；床位配置公平性下降；人力资源数量相对稳定，且配置公平性上升；地区间差异是财政补助配置不公平的主要因素。Objective To explore the trend of the equity of the health resources distribution in township hospitals, and provide reference for the rational collocation and regional health programming in Weifang .Methods Theil Index is used to ana-lyze the equity of health resources allocation of township hospitals from 2010 to 2012 in Weifang.Results Total Theil index is relatively low, and between 0.000 93 and 0.030 66.Theil index of beds is rising year by year.Theil index of doctors and nurses decreased .Theil index of financial subsidy firstly decreased and then increased.Conclusion The overall equity is good.Equity of beds decreased and the scale of township hospitals is not reasonable.The number of human resources relatively stable, and its equity decreased.The unfairness of financial subsidy is caused by different regions.
