教学型口腔专科医院诊椅使用率现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的：调查了解教学型口腔专科医院诊椅使用率情况并分析相应原因，为卫生行政人员进行医疗资源配置、提高口腔医疗资源使用效率提供参考。方法从教学型口腔专科医院口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复科、口腔正畸科、口腔预防科各随机抽取200名患者并统计单次诊疗时间，结合医院信息系统资料计算诊椅使用率指标。结果调查对象平均椅位工作日为18．45d，诊椅使用率为83．86％，月椅位周转次数为157．29次。结论诊椅使用率还可以通过优化人员结构、提高学生诊椅就诊量、椅位预约、科室建椅位调配等进一步提高。Objective To investigate and analyse the utilization of the dental chair of the stomatological teaching hospi-tal, which can contribute to improve the health administrative personnel allocation and the efficiency of the utilization of dental chair.Methods 800 patients were randomly selected from some stomatological teaching hospital and each single treatment time was recorded .We accessed the data of the utilization of dental chair with the help of the hospital information system and the re-cords.Results The average chair working day is 18.45 days for each month.The utilization of dental chair is 83.86%and the monthly turnover of each chair is 157.29.Conclusion The utilization of dental chair can be further improved by optimizing the personnel structure, improving the number of patients treated on teaching chair , chair-appointment system, and chair-allocation among the divisions.
