摘 要:基于流态化技术原理,提出了流化床轻度气化褐煤提质工艺技术。该技术有效降低了系统的复杂性,利于大型化应用。在中试装置上完成了相关的试验研究。试验研究表明,经过提质的褐煤,成品水分近趋于0,发热量5000 kcal/kg左右。其化学稳定性与原煤相比明显提高,接近于烟煤的特性。Based on the principle of fluidization technology, the fluidized bed mild-gasification lignite upgrading technology is proposed. The technology can reduce the complexity of the system effectively and will be easier to be enlarged and applied in industry sector. Test results show that the water content of the products obtained from the process are close to 0, and the heat value are around 5000kCal/kg. The chemic stabilities of the products are increased apparently compared with the raw coal. The characteristics of the upgrading products are closed to those of the bituminous coal.
