摘  要:某电厂检修后开机过程中出现了异常振动。定速过程中振动爬升,停机过程中振动异常增大,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。通过对振动的测试与分析指出,发电机轴端风挡与轴的摩擦是导致振动故障的主要原因。据此进行了治理,取得了良好效果。Abnormal vibration fault occurred in a power plant during the run up process of turbo generator after repair.Vibration increased during operation under 3000 rpm and vibration during run down process is much higher than that of run up process. It influenced the safe and reliable operation of the unit. By vibration test and analysis, it was pointed that rub between generator cover and shaft is the main cause. Vibration was solved by carefully adjustment of sealing gap.
