摘  要:详细分析某电厂300 MW机组启动过程能耗偏高的原因。通过现场探索和实践,总结出300 MW机组具体的启动过程节能措施。阐述了炉底加热、邻炉输粉、微油点火系统的配合使用,完成机组冷态启动,降低了机组启动油耗;通过邻炉输粉操作,采用单循泵、单风机、不启动电泵,降低机组启动电耗;通过优化锅炉上水参数及冲洗过程、热力系统疏放水方式控制措施,降低了机组启动过程水耗。The reason of the start-up process of higher energy consumption and specific measures of energy-saving technology of 300 MW units are analyzed in detail. The optimization of heating furnace from bottom putting-in-service proactively and optimization of micro-oil ignition system and through the adjacent conveying pulverized coal stove are expounded. This operation has realized the cold start-up and reduced fuel consumption. Power consumption was reduced by the adjacent conveying pulverized coal stove and adopting single cycle pump, fan and abandoning the use of pumps. Water consumption was reduced by optimizing the parameters of boiler water and rinsing process and control measures of water of thermal system.
