摘  要:在顶驱装置中,回转头吊耳承受较大的拉伸冲击载荷作用,其安全性不容忽视。对3 150kN级顶驱回转头吊耳进行了应力测试及有限元计算分析,应力测试结果与有限元计算结果吻合。结果表明:回转头吊耳根部和回转头吊耳与吊环接触处为危险部位,此结果对回转头吊耳结构设计、安全检测、安全评估有参考价值。In the top drive device,rotary head lug tensile,impact loading is bigger,its security can-not be ignored.Therefore,the 3 150 kN grade top drive turned back lug for stress testing and fi-nite element analysis calculating,stress test results are agreement with a finite element calcula-tions.The results indicate that the dangerous position are situated in the rotary head hanging ear root and the rotary head lug and the ring contact place ,the results of the turret lifting lug struc-ture design,safety inspection,safety evaluation have some reference value.
