摘　　要：防喷器等井控装备在低温或高温环境下,极易造成装备中的金属及非金属密封件失效或产生物理变形等。为模拟现场使用过程中井控装备在恶劣极端的环境温度变化,分析其性能的优劣,研制了FZ54-70型单闸板防喷器低高温试验装置,并应用该装置进行了模拟试验。试验过程及结果符合API 16A规范的要求。试验结果表明:该防喷器试验装置安装便捷,性能可靠,并可在其他型号的防喷器试验中推广应用。In the high and low temperature environment,the metal and non-metal sealer of BOP and other well control equipment can easily fail or produce physical deformation.To verify the a-bility of well control equipment to respond to extreme changes in ambient temperature,BOP high-low temperature test device is designed to simulate the process,the procedure and the result is ac-cordant to API 16A .The result shows that the test device installation convenient,reliable,and can be widely promoted.
