摘　　要：公路路政档案是路政管理机构在行政执法过程中形成的,它是反映路政管理部门历史真实面貌的重要依据,是路政管理部门制定政策的基础,也是衡量路政管理科学化和现代化的重要尺度.本文通过探究路政档案特点、分析全省路政档案管理工作现状,结合存在的主要差距,按照新形势下档案管理工作的新要求,重点就强化思想认识、队伍建设、硬件建设、综合管理,促进路政档案管理工作再上新台阶,更好地为全省公路建设管理工作服务,做了一些探究和思考.The road management organizations file is formed in the process of administrative law, it is an important basis for road management department to make policy and weigh the scientific and modernized management. In this paper, through exploring the characteristics, to analysis the current situation of archives in the province, with the new requirements of archives management, focus on strengthening the ideological understanding, team construction, hardware construction, comprehensive management and promoting the archives management work to a new level,It is better to explore and think road construction.
