摘  要:目的通过对髋臼唇进行解剖学测量,分析髋臼唇的解剖学特点及其临床意义。方法通过10具经甲醛溶液防腐处理的骨盆标本,解剖其髋臼结构,测量15个标点的盂唇宽度并对其形态进行观察。结果臼顶与前壁、臼顶与后壁对应的髋臼唇宽度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。后壁与后方结构、后壁与前壁对应的髋臼唇缘宽度比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。髋臼唇组织十分致密、坚韧,外观上与腱性组织相似,断面呈三角形,基底增厚并附着在髋臼骨性结构上,与髋臼月状软骨边缘移行。结论髋臼唇作为髋臼正常解剖结构中的一个组成部分,具有重要的生理功能和生物力学意义。对髋臼唇的损伤我们不应轻易进行切除,而应尽可能对其进行修补或重新固定的手术治疗。Objective To analyze the anatomic features and clinical significance of acetabular labrum through the study of anatomic measurement of acetabular labrum. Methods Ten formalin-preserved cadaveric pelvises were used for the investigation. The speci- mens were disarticulated and the muscle and ligament were resected. The width of labrum of 15 points were measured and the mor- phology was observed. Results The width of acetabular labrum in anterior wall and posterior wall was not statistically different from that of the superior region of the acetabulum ( P 〉 0.05 ). The width of acetabular labrum in anterior wall and posterior structure was statistically different from that in the posterior wall of the aeetabulum ( P 〈 0.05 ). The tissue of acetabular labrum was very dense and tenacious, and its appearance, with triangular cross-section, was similar to tendinous tissue. The basement was thickening, bound to the bony structure of the aeetabulum and migrating from the edge of aeetabular semilunar cartilage. Conclusion Acetabular labrum, as normal acetabulum anatomic part, is important in physiological function and biomeehanical significance. We should not be easily cut the injured part of labrum, but do our best to repair or fix it.
