摘  要:近年来我国高温烟气焙烧技术发展日趋成熟,并在国内多个电解铝企业开始大规模工业应用。本文针对电解槽高温烟气焙烧启动技术的研究和应用实践,总结了相关核心问题的研究结果和应用效果。高温烟气焙烧技术较传统的焦粒焙烧方法和燃料明火焙烧技术,具有控制精确、焙烧效果优越、温度均匀、操作方便等突出特点,可应用于各种类型的新槽焙烧启动以及事故槽二次焙烧启动。In recent years, fuel gas baking technology is becoming mature in recent years, which has been applied in many domestic smelters on a large scale. This paper summarizes research results of related key questions and application effects, in light of research and application of fuel gas baking technology. Comparing with coke particle baking method and fuel burning baking technology, the fuel gas baking technology has many prominent features such as accurate control, excellent baking effects, easy to operate and so on, The technology can be applied to the baking startup of many kinds of pots such as new aluminum reduction pots, second start up pots and so on.
