摘 要:CO2的化工利用是节能减排的方法之一。光催化还原CO2合成有用的化工产品,具有绿色化工的特点。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备MgFe2O4/TiO2催化剂,通过XRD、IR、UV-Vis、SPS、SEM、NH3-TPD和BET等表征手段,对催化剂的结构和光化学性质进行分析,对所制备的MgFe2O4/TiO2光电性质、微观结构以及光催化CO2合成甲酸的性能进行研究。结果表明:复合后的MgFe2O4晶型未发生改变,复合的光敏化作用使MgFe2O4吸收边蓝移,提高光生载流子分离效率,增大脱附峰面积和比表面积。在模拟日光灯照射下,MgFe2O4/TiO2光催化还原CO2的性能高于未复合的MgFe2O4催化剂。This paper follows from the recognition that CO2chemical utilization is one of the energysaving and emission-reducing methods and photocatalytic reduction of CO2synthesis of useful chemical products are characterized by green chemical industry. The paper introduces the preparation of catalyst MgFe2O4/ TiO2by sol-gel method,the analysis of the structures and photochemical properties by characterization methods typical of XRD,IR,UV-Vis,SPS,SEM,NH3-TPD,and BET,and the study of MgFe2O4/ TiO2optoelectronic properties,microstructure and photocatalytic properties of CO2synthesis formic acid. The results suggest that there is no change in the crystal structure of MgFe2O4; composite photosensitization effect results in a blue shift of MgFe2O4absorption edge,improving photoproduction carrier separation efficiency and increasing desorption peak and specific surface area. MgFe2O4/ TiO2 activity has a better performance in photocatalytic reduction of CO2than MgFe2O4under the irradiation of the simulated daylight lamp.
