摘 要:为达到恩德炉废灰以废治废的环保目的,以焦化废水原水为研究对象,采用黑龙江黑化集团有限公司的恩德炉废灰作为吸附剂,用单因素实验和正交实验考察恩德炉废灰投加量、温度、pH及吸附时间对焦化废水中主要有机污染物挥发酚去除率的影响规律。将恩德炉废灰去除率与粒状活性炭和粉末状活性炭两者作了对比实验。结果表明:恩德炉废灰的吸附效果优于市售的粒状活性炭。其在最佳反应条件下,即废灰用量2.0 g,温度25℃,pH 4.5,反应时间80 min的情况下处理废水,挥发酚去除率为91.61%,COD去除率为86.28%。Aimed at achieving waste control by waste due to using Ende gasifier waste ash,this paper introduces the investigation into the law associated with the effect of ash addition,temperature pH,and adsorption time of Ende waste on the removal of volatile phenol,a main organic pollutant in coking wastewater,by choosing the coking wastewater for the research,using as adsorbents Ende gasifier waste ash from Heilongjiang Heihua Group Co. Ltd.,and drawing on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The paper goes further by performing the contrast experiment between Ende gasifier on the one hand and granular activated carbon and activated carbon powder on the other,in terms of volatile phenol removal rate. The results show that Ende gasifier waste ash gives an adsorption effect better than that of commercially available granular activated carbon. Wastewater treatment,with the optimal reaction conditions,namely the waste ash dosage of 2. 0 g,temperature of 25 ℃,pH of 4. 5,and reaction time of 80 min,achieves the volatile phenol removal rate of 91. 61% and the COD removal rate of 86. 28%.
