柴胡桂枝汤治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡桂枝汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组35例吗丁啉,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组35例柴胡桂枝汤(柴胡、炙甘草各10g,生姜6g,桂枝8g,黄芩6g,党参10g,法半夏9g,白芍12g,大枣6枚;脾虚气滞加茯苓、陈皮、佛手、白术各10g;肝胃不和加枳壳、楝子、川木香各10g;脾胃湿热去大枣和白芍,加黄芩、枳实、黄连、茯苓、生薏仁各10g;脾胃虚寒加香附、干姜、制附片各10g;寒热错杂加黄连、干姜、黄芪各10g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效25例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率91.43%。对照组显效17例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率77.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡桂枝汤治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the bupleurum cassia twig decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,70 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. The control group 35 cases ding Lin,10 mg/time,3 times/d,30min before meals to the. Treatment group of 35 cases of bupleurum cassia twig decoction（Chaihu,Zhigancao each 10g,Shengjiang 6g,Guizhi 8g,Huangqi 6g,Dangshen 10g,Fabanxia 9g,Baishao 12g,Dazao six;pixu spleen deficient and qi stagnation and Fulin,Chenpi,Foshou,Baizhu every 10g;liver stomach don＇t add Zhike,Jizi,Chuanmuxiang every 10g;taste hot and humid to Dazao and Baishao,Huangqi,Zhishi,Huanglian,Fuling,Shengyiren every 10 g,spleen and stomach cold flavored with Xiangfu,Ganjiang,Zhifupian every 10g;fever gnarled and Huanglian,Ganjiang,Huangqi 10g）;1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 7d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 25 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 91.43%. The control group of 17 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 77.14%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]Radix bupleuri cassia twig decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,is worth promoting.
