大黄+芒硝外敷、生麦芽水煎联合西药及手法排乳?治疗急性乳腺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]大黄+芒硝外敷、生麦芽水煎联合西药及手法排乳疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组30例青霉素1200万U,1次/d,静滴;乙烯雌酚2Mg,3次/d;手法排乳。治疗组30例大黄、芒硝外敷,生麦芽100g,水煎100ML,1剂/d,早晚分服;西药治疗及手法排乳同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体征评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效8例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈3例,显效3例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄+芒硝外敷、生麦芽水煎联合西药及手法排乳治疗急性乳腺炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective] Rhubarb and mirabilite,malt decoction combined with western medicine and manual milking effect. [Methods] Using randomized controlled methods,60 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 30 cases of penicillin 12000000 U,1 times / d, intravenous drip;diethylstilbestrol 2mg,3 times /d;manual milk.The treatment group of 30 cases of rhubarb, mirabilite,malt 100g 100mL,decoction,1 doses of /d,sooner or later the service;western medicine treatment and the technique milk with control group. Continuous treatment with 5D for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,signs score,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results]The treatment group cured 18 cases,effective in 8 cases,effective 2 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group 3 cases were cured,3 casesmarkedly effective,effective 16 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]Rhubarb and mirabilite,m（）alt decoction combined with western medicine and manual milk treatment acute mastitis,satisfied with the effect,no side effect,is worth promoting.
