胃康宁胶囊联合西药治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察胃康宁胶囊联合西药治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组37例硫糖铝,1.0g/次,3次/d,口服;法莫替丁,20mg/次,2次/d,口服;吗叮咛,10mg/次,3次/d,口服;Hp阳性加质子泵抑制剂和抗生素。治疗组37例胃康宁胶囊,1.6g/次,3次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访90d,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.30%。对照组痊愈15例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率83.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃康宁胶囊联合西药在治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of gastric corelle capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. [Methods] Using randomized controlled methods,74 patients were numbered according to the order of treatment were divided into two groups. The control treatment group of 37 cases. Sucralfate tablets,1.0g,3 times/d,oral. Famotidine tablets,20mg,2 times/d, oral. I exhort,10mg/,3 times/d,oral. Hp positive patients with proton pump inhibitors and antibiotics. The treatment group of 37 cases of gastric corelle capsules,1.6g/ times,3 times/d,oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect. Follow up 90d,observing the recurrence rate. [Results] The treatment group cured 22 cases,effective 14 cases, invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 97.30%. The control group cured 15 cases,effective 16 cases, invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 83.78%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Gastric corelle capsule combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis clinical effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
