降糖汤联合罗格列酮钠治疗糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降糖汤联合罗格列酮钠治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例罗格列酮钠,4mg/次,1次/d。治疗组34例降糖汤(黄芪、生地、山药、玄参各20g,苍术18g,枸杞、赤芍各8g;血糖含量不降加知母、山萸肉各8g;尿糖不降加五味子8g,天花粉20g;合并高血压加夏枯草18g,白蒺藜12g;合并高血脂加生山楂12g。泽泻8g;能食善饥加熟地18g,黄连4g;口渴多饮加生石膏30g,麦冬8g;合并腿疼加桑寄生30g,川断8g;心悸失眠加牡蛎、生龙骨各18g;尿频加桑螵蛸、益智仁各12g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效17例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率91.18%。对照组显效13例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率82.35%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]降糖汤联合罗格列酮钠片治疗糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the hypoglycemic soup combined rosiglitazone sodium curative effect on diabetes. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,68 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 34 cases of rosiglitazone sodium tablets,4mg/ times,1/d. Treatment group（34 cases hypoglycemic decoction（Huangqi,Shengdi,Shanyao,Xuanshen each 20g,Cangzhu 18g,Gouqi,Chishao each 8g;do not fall blood sugar and Zhimu,Shanyurou every 8g; urine sugar not add Wuweizi 8g,Tianhuafen 20g;hypertension with Xiakucao 18g,Baijili 12g;combined hyperlipidemia with Shengshanzha 12g,Zexie 8g,alisma can eat hunger and Shudi 18g,Huanglian 4g, thirsty to drink more with Shigao 30g,maidong 8g;merger of leg pain and Sangjisheng 30g,Chuanduan 8g; broken heart palpitations insomnia and muli,Shenglonggu 18g;frequency with Sangpiaoxiao,Yizhiren each 12g）. 1 / d,boiling water 300 ml,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group of 17 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 91.18%. Control group in 13 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 82.35%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Hypoglycemic soup combined rosiglitazone sodium treatment of diabetes effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
