四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组75例布地奈德,根据病情选择剂量,2次/d,鼻吸;病情严重可加醋酸泼尼松,5-10mg/次,10-60mg/d,口服。治疗组75例①四子散（白芥子、苏子、莱菔子、吴茱萸各70g）,20min/次,2次/d,双肺俞穴位贴敷;②清肺定喘汤（炙麻黄6g,杏仁10g,生石膏先煎50g,黄芩、桑白皮、地龙干、丹参、牡丹皮各15g,白果10g,前胡、百部、车前子布包、莱菔子布包各15g）,1剂/d,二煎取汁200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症候、IgE水平、肺功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效35例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率97.33%。对照组痊愈10例,显效18例,有效36例,无效11例,总有效率85.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。中医症候疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。IgE水平及肺功能治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the four sub powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchus asthma curative effect applying Qingfei Dingchuan decoction paste. [Methods] Using randomized controlled methods,150 cases of outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 75 cases of budesonide,selected according to the disease dose,2 times /d,nasal aspirator. Serious illness can add prednisone acetate tablets,5 ~ 10mg,10 ~ 60mg/d,oral. The treatment group of 75 cases of four seed powder（Baijiezi,Suzi,Laifuzi,Wuzhuyu each 70g）,20min,2 /d,double Feishu acupoint application. ② Qingfei Dingchuan decoction（ZhiMahuang 6g,Xingren 10g,Shengshigao fist 50g,Huangqin,Sangbaipi,Dilonggan,Danshen,Mudanpi each 15g,Baiguo 10g,Qianhu,Baibu,Cheqianzi,Laifuzi each 15g）,1 times/d,two fried take juice 200mL,sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,tcm syndrome,the levels of IgE,pulmonary function,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 21 cases,effective in 35 cases,effective 17 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 97.33%. The control group cured 10 cases,effective in 18 cases,effective 36 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency of 85.33%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.01）. The control group of TCM syndrome curative effect in treatment group（P〈0.01）. The level of IgE and pulmonary function in the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05）. [Conclusion] The four sub powder combined with western medicine in treating bronchial asthma effect applying Qingfei Dingchuan Tang paste,worthy of promotion.
