摘　　要：[目的]观察综合护理导管吹张与饮水吹张治疗分泌性中耳炎效果。[方法]对40例分泌性中耳炎患者实施导管吹张与饮水吹张,进行护理干预、环境护理、生活护理、饮食护理、心理护理。[结果]有效减轻分泌性中耳炎症状,提高临床疗效。[结论]综合护理导管吹张与饮水吹张治疗分泌性中耳炎可减轻患者症状,缩短住院时间,预防和控制疾病复发,提高生活质量。[Objective] To observe the comprehensive nursing catheters blowing Zhang and drinking water treatment effect of inflammatory secretion of blowing a nursing otitis media.[Method] The implementation of nursing intervention,secretory otitis media environment care,life care,diet nursing,psychological nursing care of 40 cases.[Results] Reduce the secretory otitis media symptoms,improve clinical efficacy. [Conclusion] The comprehensive nursing catheters blowing Zhang and drinking water insufflation in treatment of secretory otitis media can reduce symptoms,shorten the time of hospitalization,the prevention and control of disease recurrence,improve the quality of life.
