中医护理联合一般护理骨折随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医护理联合一般护理骨折疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将107例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组52例一般护理,牵引术护理、病情观察、情志护理、康复护理及饮食护理。护理组55例中医护理,中药熏蒸法、中药外敷法、微波治疗法及骨质疏松治疗仪治疗;一般护理同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、平均恢复时间、不良反应。连续护理3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组痊愈53例,显效1例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈48例,显效1例,有效0例,无效3例,总有效率94.23%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。平均恢复时间护理组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理联合一般护理骨折效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with general nursing fractures. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,107 cases of hospitalized patients. The control group of 52 cases of general nursing, including nursing,disease observation,mental nursing,rehabilitation nursing and diet nursing traction. 55 patients of Chinese medicine nursing,including traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,external application of Chinese medicine,microwave therapy and treatment for osteoporosis therapy. General nursing and control group. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,the average recovery time,adverse reaction. Continuous nursing care of 3 course of treatment,the curative effect. [Results]The nursing of 53 cases were cured,1 cases markedly effective,effective 1 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency of 100%. The control group 48 cases were cured,1 cases markedly effective,effective 0 cases, invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.23%. Nursing group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. The average recovery time nursing group were less than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] TCM nursing combined with general nursing care effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
