汤剂+针灸+面部按摩联合护理措施治疗面瘫随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医治疗联合护理措施治疗面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将686例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组343例中医治疗:①通经活血方,1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;②针刺疗法,1次/d,30min/次;③面部按摩,10min/次。治疗组343例护理措施;心理护理、生活护理、健康宣教;中医治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、治疗天数、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈323例,有效20例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈301例,有效38例,无效4例,总有效率98.83%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗天数治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医治疗联合护理措施治疗面瘫效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment Palsy face care measures. [Methods ] Random parallel control method,686 cases hospitalized and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. TCm treatment of 343 cases in the control group. ① pass through the blood side,a / d,decoction 400mL,sooner or later orally. ② acupuncture,1 / d,30min / times. ③ facial massage,10min / times. Treated 343 cases of nursing interventions. ① psychological care. ② life care. ③ health education. TCm treatment with the control group. 10d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,treatment for several days,the adverse reactions. 4 continuous treatment regimen to determine efficacy. [Results ] The cure 323 cases,effective in 20 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of 100.00%. The control group recovered 301 cases,effective 38 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 98.83%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Treatment for several days of treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion ] TCM therapy combined nursing treatment of facial paralysis effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
