降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组50例常规西药抗糖尿病治疗及别嘌呤片,100mg/次,2次/d。治疗组50例辨证分型;降尿酸汤（薏苡仁、土茯苓各30g,车前子、萆薢各20g,山慈菇、怀牛膝各15g,威灵仙、川杜仲各10g,大黄5g）;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。肝胃郁热证,开郁清热,大柴胡汤;阴虚燥热证,六味地黄汤;据劳动强度及体型控制主食量,休息或者超标准体重250-300g;一般劳动300-350g;重体力劳动400-500g。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、UA、BUN、Cr、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效22例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.051）。[结论]降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] to observe the uric acid of soup combined treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. In the control group of 50 cases of conventional western medicine against diabetes treatment, and don＇t purine, 100 rag/times, 2 times/ d. The treatment group of 50 cases. Uric acid soup （ Yiyiren, Tufuling each 30 g, Cheqianzi, Bixie each 20 g, Shancigu, Huainiuxi each 15 g, Wilingxian, Chuanduzhong each 10g, Dahuang 5g ） . l/d, boiling water 200 rnl, oral sooner or later. Liver, stomach muggy syndrome yu heat, major bupleurum decoction. Yin scorching, liuwei dihuang decoction. According to the intensity of labor and shape control quantity of staple food, rest or excessive weight 250 - 300 g; General labor 300 - 350g; Heavy manual labor 400 - 500g. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, UA, BUN, Cr, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ]the treatment group 29 cases were markedly effective, effective 19 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group 22 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Uric acid drop soup of joint treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
