枳术颗粒治疗湿热中阻型胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察枳术颗粒治疗湿热中阻型胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。服药期间忌食辛辣、油腻及烟酒。对照组87例甲硝唑片,0.4g/次,2次/d;克拉霉素片,0.5g/次,2次/d,3次/d,饭后30min口服,连用14d;奥美拉唑肠溶片,20mg/次,2次/d,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组93例枳术颗粒(枳实、白术、藿香各12g,黄芩9g,蒲公英15g,连翘10g,白芍9g,茜草、白及、香附、炒麦芽各10g);1剂/d,早晚饭后30min冲服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效38例,有效28例,无效5例,总有效率94.62%。对照组痊愈13例,显效20例,有效38例,无效16例,总有效率81.61%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]枳术颗粒治疗湿热中阻型胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the definite particle dampness heat resistance in gastric curative effect. [ Methods ] using random parallel control method, 180 cases of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. During the medication diet acrimony, fat, and alcohol and tobacco. The control group, 87 cases of metronidazole tablets, 0.4 g/time, 2 times/d. Clarithromycin tablets, 0.5 g/time, 2 times/d, 3 times/d, 30 min oral after a meal, 14 d. Omeprazole enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, 20 mg/times, 2 times/d, 3 times/d, 30 min before meals. Definite treatment group 93 cases particles （Chishi, Baizhu, Huoxiangl2g, Huangqi 9 g, Pugongying 15g, Lianqiao 10 g, Baishao9 g, Qiancao, Baiji, Xiangfu, Chaomaiya, every 10 g） ; 1 / d, morning and evening after 30 min blunt. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms Ulcer surface and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group recover 22 cases, 38 cases were markedly improved, 28 cases effective, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 94.62%. Control group cure 13 cases, 20 cases were markedly effective, effective 38 cases, 16 had no effect, the total effective rate was 81.61%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Definite particle therapy in the damp and hot resistance type gastric ulcer effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
