复方黄芪颗粒对机体免疫调节作用随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方黄芪颗粒对机体免疫调节作用。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50只清洁级雌性ICR小鼠按随机数字表法分为5组,复方黄芪颗粒低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、补中益气丸组及空白对照组,10只/组。分组后使用1.25%2,4-二硝基氯苯丙酮液背部皮下注射20μL/只,次日开始灌胃干预。复方黄芪颗粒组(复方黄芪颗粒27.3g生药/kg、54.6g生药/kg、109.2g生药/kg);补中益气丸组补中益气丸7.02g/kg;空白对照组等量蒸馏水。给药体积均为50mL/kg,连续给药9d(1次/d),末次给药24h后于小鼠左耳涂1.25%2,4-二硝基氯苯丙酮液20μL/只。末次给药24h后处死小鼠,使用8mm打孔器打下左右两侧同部位的耳片,精密称重。观测耳肿胀度。[结果]复方黄芪高剂量组、中剂量组、阳性对照组小鼠耳肿胀度均低于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);复方黄芪颗粒低剂量组与空白对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]复方黄芪颗粒对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致迟发型超敏反应小鼠耳肿胀均有抑制作用,可明显改善小鼠机体细胞免疫。[ Objective ] To observe the compound Astragali Granule on immune function. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, of clean grade 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, compound Astragali granule low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group, positive control group and blank control group, 10 rats in each group, female. The use of 1.25% 2, 4- two nitrochlorobenzene acetone solution packet after subcutaneous injection of 20 μ L/only, the next day were orally given corresponding drugs. Compound Astragali granule 27.3g crude drug/kg, 54.6g crude drug/kg, 109.2g crude drug/kg;positive control group of Buzhong Yiqi pill 7.02g/kg; blank control group with distilled water. Administration volume was 50mL/kg, continuous administration of 9D （ 1 /d ）, 24h after the last administration to mice left ear with 1.25% 2, 4- two nitrochlorobenzene acetone 20 μ L/only. 24h after the last administration to mice were killed, the ear piece 8mm punch down the left and right parts of the same, precision weighing. Observation of ear swelling. [ Results ] Compound Huangqi high dose group, middle close group, positive control group mice ear swelling were lower than the control group （ P〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）; Compound Radix low dose group and the blank control group had no significant difference （ P〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ]Compound Astragali Granule on 2, 4- two nitro chlorobenzene induced delayed type hypersensitivity of mice ear swelling were inhibited, can significantly improve the cellular immunity of mice.
