小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组30例治以健脾和胃,温中散寒;母乳喂养去乳糖饮食疗法,去除母乳、牛乳及含乳糖的奶制品,代以无乳糖配方奶粉或淀粉;金双歧,0.5g/d,2次/d。治疗组34例推拿,补脾经150次,推大肠100次,运土入水100次,揉脐中150次,推三关200次,退六腑100次,揉外劳宫200次,推上七节骨150次,揉龟尾100次,按揉足三里50次,振颤脘腹（包括中脘、气海、天枢等穴）,捏脊3-5次/d;呕吐加推天柱骨200次,揉中脘150次;腹痛、肠鸣加一窝风100次,拿肚角100次,3-5次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效25例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。对照组显效30例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]小儿推拿联合金双歧治疗继发性乳糖不耐受腹泻效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the infantile tuina combined gold colon secondary lactose intolerance diarrhea curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 64 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group of 30 cases treated with spleen and stomach, cold temperature. Breastfeeding to lactose diet therapy, removal of milk, milk and lactose free milk, with no lactose formula or starch. Gold dichotomous, 0.5 g/d, 2 times/ d. Treatment group （ 34 cases massage method, tonifying spleen by 150 times, and push the e. 100 times, earth moving into the water 100 times, 150 times in the umbilical, the three closed 200 times, fu back 100 times, 200 times, and foreign labor palace to 150 times seven bones, tortoise tail 100 times, with three mile 50 times, the vibration rou GUI（ including chung wan, air sea, day pivot point ）, knead ridge 3 - 5 times/d ; Vomiting push sky column bone 200 times, knead chung wan 150 times ; Abdominal pain, bowel and a nest of wind 100 times, with his horn 100 times, 3 - 5 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 3 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 25 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.06%. Control group 30 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（ P〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Infantile tuina combined gold the colon in the treatment of secondary lactose intolerance diarrhea effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
