整体护理一效膏治疗Ⅱ度压疮随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察整体护理一效膏治疗Ⅱ度压疮效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抛硬币方法随机分为两组。常规护理组30例遵医嘱使用0.1%洗必泰,消毒创面后使用无菌纱布包扎;常规护理措施:根据病情给予饮食护理,生活护理等基础护理。整体护理组30例遵医嘱常规消毒、清创,一效散加适量香油调和成膏,上盖凡士林纱布,敷料包扎,1次/d;护理措施:心理护理和皮肤护理,常规护理措施同对照组。连续护理干预1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续护理干预3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]整体护理组痊愈21例,显效6例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。常规护理组痊愈7例,显效12例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。整体护理组优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。痊愈时间整体护理组少于常规护理组(P<0.01)。[结论]整体护理一效膏治疗Ⅱ度压疮,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of yixiaogao treatment of second degree bedsore. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 60 cases of pressure sore patients according to coin tossing were randomly divided into two treatment groups .The routine nursing group 30 cases with 0.1% chlorhexidine disinfection of wounds with sterile gauze bandage according to the doctor＇s orders. Routine nursing measures ： according to the patient＇s condition to nurse diet, life and so on. Intervention nursing group 30 cases in the conventional disinfection, debridement, wet compress using yixiaogao once a day.Nursing measures：mental nursing care and skin care.Routine nursing measures are the same with the control group.Continuous treatment for 1 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation wound healing and untoward effect, continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The intervention nursing group 21 cases were cured, 6 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90.00%. The routine nursing group cured 7 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 63.33%.Intervention nursing group is better than the routine nursing group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Intervention nursing group is less than the routine nursing group in recovery time （ P 〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] The holistic nursing care using yixiaogao to treat second degree bedsore is efficiency, having no side effect .Worthing promoting.
