摘　　要：指出现有综合电子政务主题词表在应用中的不足,将FAST主题词分面应用原理和理念移植到电子政务主题词表改造中,详细探讨改造过程中分面的界定、分面的设置等具体问题,在FAST 8个分面的基础上,提出7个共同组面;在对其进行分面式改造中,将相应主题词进行归属,以表明这7个组面构建的实际意义,旨在为构建一部完整的分面式电子政务主题词表奠定基础。This paper aims to lay the foundation for building a complete aceted e-government thesaurus.It points out the deficiencies of the existing E-government Thesaurus in the application,transplants the FAST application principles and concepts into E-government Thesaurus transformation,and discusses in detail the definition and setting of the facets and so on Then it proposes seven common facts based on the eight faces of FAST,transforms it and points out the corresponding keywords,to indicate the practical significance of the seven faces.
