摘 要:为了提高高温条件下修井的作业效率及自动化程度,设计了一种新型自动吊卡,并对吊卡关键部位进行了强度分析.在确定修井机吊卡结构和工作原理的基础上,利用Solidworks对吊卡体进行建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对吊卡载荷状况进行模拟加载及分析计算,得到了吊卡的静力学强度、形变状态和疲劳寿命的分析结果,并获得了应力云图及相应数据.仿真结果表明,吊卡的静力强度、疲劳寿命有限元计算结果符合工作要求,稳定可靠,可为吊卡的工程应用提供参考.In order to improve the working efficiency and automatic degree of well maintenance at high temperature,a novel automatic elevator was designed,and the strength analysis for key parts of elevator was performed. Based on the determination of both structure and working principle for the elevator of workover rig,the modeling for the elevator was performed with Solidworks,and the analog loading and analytical calculation for the load status of elevator were conducted with the finite element software ANSYS Workbench. In addition,the analysis results for the statics strength,deformation state and fatigue life of elevator were obtained,and both stress nephogram and corresponding data were attained. The simulated results showthat the finite element calculated results for the static strength and fatigue life of elevator conform to the working requirements,and are stable and reliable. Furthermore,the present analysis can provide the reference for engineering application of elevator.
