摘　　要：云归档(Cloud Archive)是在云计算的基础上衍生出的一种新的档案网络归档形式,与云备份有本质的不同。在云计算环境下,这种归档形式在美国和中国都已经开始兴起。美国采取公司化云归档模式,我国则形成由数字档案馆主导云归档模式。虽然目前困扰云归档的有两大主要问题:安全性、可靠性,但借助严格的安全性管理和服务水平协议,云归档的风险会日趋降低,势必会成为企业和机关档案管理的发展趋势。Through the analysis of the definition advantages of cloud archive and the difference between cloud archive and cloud backup, the article systematically expounds the meaning of cloud archiving, demonstrates its potential for development as a new archive mode. And on this basis, the paper carefully analysis the character of the cloud archive mode which in charge of the companies in the United States and China＇ s archives dominate cloud archiving mode. Meanwhile, the article discusses the two main questions of cloud archiving from the development point of view, then propose the conclusion that by the strict safety management and service level agreements, the risks of cloud archiving tends to decrease, it will become the development trend of enterprise management and the office archives.
