摘  要:目的检测先天性肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄(UPJO)患儿病变组织中C-kit蛋白及其配体干细胞因子(SCF)的表达水平和分布情况。方法收集80例UPJO患儿手术切除标本的存档蜡块,以8例相应年龄段肾母细胞瘤患儿无肿瘤累及的肾盂输尿管连接处组织作为对照,全部病例采用免疫组织化学EliVision法进行C-kit和SCF的检测。结果病变组织中C-kit和SCF表达水平显著降低,SCF在观察组中的表达呈阴性,在对照组中的表达呈阳性,两组C-kit阳性细胞数及平均吸光密度值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论先天性肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄继发肾积水的发生可能与C-kit蛋白及其配体SCF的表达异常有关。Objective To study the expression and distribution of C-kit and its ligand stem cell factor(SCF)in tissue of children with congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO). Methods The pathological specimens of 80 cases of UPJO and eight cases of nephroblastoma without ureteropelvic involved(the control group) were collected. Immunohistochemical staining(EliVision) was employed to examine the expression of c-kit and SCF in selected tissues. Results Expressions of C-kit and SCF decreased significantly in the UPJO group. SCF was negative in UPJO group and strongly positive in the control group. There were significant differences of positive cell numbers and mean OD staining density between the two groups( P &lt; 0.05). Conclusions Hydronephrosis in Congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction is associated with the decreased expression of C-kit and SCF.
