摘  要:介绍了分子筛变温吸附干燥乙炔的原理、工艺流程、投资及消耗情况。对分别采用混合脱水工艺和分子筛变温吸附干燥工艺的2套40万t/a PVC装置的运行情况进行了比较,结果显示分子筛干燥乙炔工艺可减少触媒消耗,增加经济效益355.44万元/a。The production principle, process flow, investment and consumption of acetylene drying process by temperature swing adsorption with molecular sieve were introduced. The running situations of 2 sets of 400 kt/ a PVC devices adopting a mixed dehydration process and the above mentioned drying process respectively were compared. The results showed that the molecular selve drying process could reduce catalyst consumption, and in- crease economic benefits by 3 554 400 RMB ¥ per year.
