六味千骨巴布剂的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察六味千骨巴布剂的稳定性。方法:用HPLC法测定六味千骨巴布剂中柚皮苷的含量,并考察性状、鉴别、含膏量、赋形性、黏附性、微生物限度等其他指标。结果:六味千骨巴布剂样品在加速试验及长期试验中,考察前后各项检查指标均无明显变化。结论:六味千骨巴布剂在室温条件下稳定性较好。本品的工艺及包装等设计合理,符合制剂稳定的要求。To investigate the stability of Liuwei Qiangu cataplasms. Methods： The active ingredient （naringin） in the samples was determined by HPLC. Meanwhile, the other indices including character, identification, ointment content, adhesion, mi- crobial limit and so on were detected as well. Results： The results of the accelerated test and long term test showed that Liuwei Qiangu cataplasms were stable. No significant change in each index was found before and after the tests. Conclusion： Liuwei Qiangu cata-plasms are stable at room temperature. The designs of preparation process and package are rational to keep the stability of the prepara- tion.
