896例狂犬病疫苗接种赞瑞博程序的依从性分析

摘　　要：目的了解赞瑞博程序的依从性。方法对896例接受赞瑞博程序疫苗接种的狂犬病暴露者从针次、年龄组和暴露级别3个方面进行依从性分析。结果第3、4针次疫苗接种的失依从率分别为2.01%和4.24%(χ2=7.37,P<0.01);低龄组和高龄组的失依从率分别为2.54%和8.85%(χ2=14.06,P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ级暴露的失依从率分别为7.13%和4.78%(χ2=1.96,P>0.05)。结论赞瑞博接种程序依从性良好,值得推广运用。Objective To understand the compliance of Zagreb program. Methods To conduct compliance analyse for 896 patients who underwent Zagerb program vaccination against rabies, analysis were from three as-pects ： needle times, age group and exposure level. Results Loss of the compliance rate to the 3ra and 4th vac-cination needle is 2. 01% and 4.24% respectively （ x^2 =7. 37, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Loss of the compliance rate of younger and older group is 2.54% and 8.85% respectively （X^2 = 14. 06, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Loss of the compli- ance rate for the Ⅱ and Ⅲ exposed is 7. 13% and 4. 78% respectively, （ X^2 = 1.96, P 〉0. 05） . Conclu- sions Zagreb vaccination program compliance is good, worth of promotion and application.
