摘  要:采用五因子二次回归正交旋转组合设计的方法对影响改性菠萝皮渣吸附Cu2+的因子进行优化,得出在硫酸铜溶液浓度60mg/L、改性菠萝皮渣加入量1.2g、pH值=5、时间2小时、温度40℃时,改性菠萝皮渣吸附率最大YMax=91.8%。吸附等温线研究表明,吸附可能以单分子层吸附占优势,吸附速率模型研究表明,二级动力学模型可以更好地描述吸附的动力学行为。活性炭对比试验表明,改性菠萝皮渣对铜离子的吸附在低浓度时优于活性炭。扫描电镜下改性菠萝皮渣表面显示粗糙和多褶皱。改性菠萝皮渣对铜离子是物理吸附和化学吸附相结合。The factors affecting adsorption of Cu2+in modified pineapple peel fiber were optimized by quadratic regression orthogonally rotation combination design with five factors.Results showed that the modified pineapple peel fiber had the maximum adsorption rate of YMax =91.8% when the concentration of the bluestone was 60mg/L with 1.2g of modified pineapple peel fiber,at pH value of 5,and with 2hours treatment at 40 ℃.Analysis of adsorption isotherms suggested that the monolayer adsorption may be the main form of adsorption.The Second kinetics model can better describe the kinetics behavior of the adsorption as revealed by adsorption rate model.Compared to active carbon,modified pineapple peel fiber showed better adsorption capacity with low concentration of copper ion.Under scanning electron microscopy,the surface of modified pineapple peel fiber was rough and full of the wrinkle.The adsorption of copper ion by modified pineapple peel fiber was a combination of physical and chemical adsorption.
