摘　　要：创意经济作为知识、资本密集型的新兴经济形态,在促进产业转型升级和推动区域经济发展方面起到了非常重要的作用。文章通过对浙江嘉兴转型升级探索的实地调研,试图从发展城市与农村创意经济两个方面入手,统筹城乡资源实现协同创新,全面探索实施可持续的创新驱动发展路径。As knowledge-and-capital-intensive new economy, creative economy plays an important role in promoting industrial upgrading and transformation and in pushing forward regional economy. Based on on-the-spot investigation in industrial upgrading and transformation in Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province, this paper, taking both urban and rural creative economy into consideration, balances urban and rural resources in realizing coordinated innovation and explores development paths driven by sustainable innovation.
