摘 要:目的对吉林松原郭尔罗斯自治县蒙古族和汉族人群中2型糖尿病(T2MD)患者CD36内含子3(intron 3)[TG]重复序列基因多态性分布情况进行研究,探讨该基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法应用PCR和直接测序法对40例正常组和193例2型糖尿病患者CD36内含子3[TG]重复序列基因多态性进行分析。结果①CD36内含子3[TG]重复序列有5种单体型,即[TG]重复次数为11、12、13、15、16次。②正常组与2型糖尿病患者之间CD36内含子3[TG]重复序列各种单体型及基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③蒙古族与汉族之间CD36内含子3[TG]重复序列各种单体型及基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。④CD36内含子3[TG]重复序列13次的单体型及基因型在蒙古族人群中正常组与2型糖尿病患者之间分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD36内含子3[TG]重复次数13次的单体型是松原蒙古族发生2型糖尿病的危险基因。Objective To investigate the distribution of CD36 intron 3 [ TG ] repeat polymorphism in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and to expore the correlation between the genetic polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Genotypes of CD36 were typed in 193 T2DM patients and 40 normal person by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and PCR-direct sequencing. Results (1) Research Results found CD36 intron 3 (TG) there were five kinds of haplotype repeat sequences, namely [ TG ] repetitions for 11, 12, 13, 15, 16. (2) The distribution of CD36 intron 3 [ TG ] repeat genotype or haplotype has no significant difference between normal control group and T2DM group (P〉0.05). (3) The distribution of CD36 intron 3 [ TG ] repeat genotype or haplotype has no significant difference between the Moggol nationality and the Han nationality (P〉0.05). (4) The distribution of CD36 intron 3 [ TG ] repeat for 13 times exist statistically significant difference in the Moggol nationality between normal control group and T2DM group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The distribution of CD36 intron 3 [ TG ] repeat for 13 times haplotype is a risk genes of type 2 diabetes in the Moggol nationality of songyuan region.
