稳定期COPD患者长期家庭氧疗及联合应用茶碱缓释片与噻托溴铵的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估长期家庭氧疗及联合茶碱缓释片与噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床疗效。方法符合条件的稳定期COPD患者82例随机分为两组,氧疗组40例,采用双侧鼻导管家庭氧疗,联合组42例,家庭氧疗联合应用茶碱缓释片及噻托溴铵。6个月后,观察两组患者的生活质量评分、6 min步行距离、肺功能、动脉血气指标的变化。结果联合组与氧疗组及治疗前相比,患者的肺功能、运动耐量、生活质量及动脉血气指标明显改善(P<0.05);长期家庭氧疗能明显改善患者的低氧血症、运动耐量(P<0.05),一定程度上提高患者生活质量、改善肺功能(P>0.05)。结论稳定期COPD患者长期家庭氧疗联合茶碱缓释片与噻托溴铵能明显改善患者肺功能,提高运动耐量和生活质量,且无明显副作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of LTDOT combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets and tiotropium bromide in the treatment of stable COPD. Methods 82 Patients were randomly divided into LTDOT group and combination group, given oxygen supplement, theophylline combined with tiotropium bromide. Results After 6 months therapy, lung function, six-minutes walking distance, the scores of life quality and blood gas analysis of combination group were improved significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion LTDOT therapy combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets and tiotropium bromide can improved the life quality, exercise tolerance and lung function of Stable COPD, without side effects.
